1980 1-cent struck with two reverse dies, PCGS MS-64RD. This coin is one of two examples known in the Canadian 1-cent series (the other is dated 1978). An intriguing mint error produced by a strike that rendered an identical design onto both sides of the planchet. Alternately referred to as the 1980 "Two Tailed" cent, this coin was featured on the October 2001 cover of Coin World magazine and represents an object of great interest for Canadian error collectors. Extremely rare.
