"Canadian Coins, Volume One, Numismatic Issues 2019, 72nd Edition". On page 283, of One Dollar Test Tokens, Round, Three Maple Leaves, Without Beads (1983),  there are three listed, and TT-100.12 obverse and reverse is pictured.  For listed item, obverse has NI.PL.ZN. but on the reverse it has AV.PL.NI (AV for AU/gold plated Nickel, which is TT.100.11).  It is 10.8g, plain edge, Up/Up die axis, non-magnetic. This must be a mule, and possibly one-of-a-kind, but unlisted in Charlton.
