This mark was attributed to Walter C. Pratt, of Brockton, Massachusetts about thirty years ago. A Walter Pratt was agent for a carpenter’s union at the turn of the century, and a W. Castleton Pratt was a distribution representative for the local electric utility, Brockton Edison, according to Brunk’s research. (Marked Impressions).
