A group of 49 New Brunswick frigate tokens (Br 909-912) attributed by Courteau varieties, from the collection assembled by Maine-based collector Kent London, later acquired circa 2002 by Tim Henderson, and in turn by Richard Cooper. These pieces were heavily relied upon by Richard Bird for the preparation of line drawings in Coins of New Brunswick (see p. 7). The group comprises pieces attributed as Co. 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,18,19,20,20(late),21,22,23,24,24(late),26,28,28(late)29,30,31,31var,32,33,34,35,36,37,38,39,41,42,43,44,45,46,47,49,50,51,52. A range of grades from VG to EF. Those grading EF or slightly better are those attributed as Co. 9 (stained),24,31,34 (cleaned),42 (obv dings). Perhaps 16 others in VF to VF+, though a number with minor scratches, cleanings, etc. Sold en bloc and as-is. 49 Pcs.
