McLachlan-130, Betts-419. 43.3mm. 30g. Plain edge. Unsigned. Although unlisted by LeRoux or Breton, McLachlan noted in 1886 that this piece is a mule “struck from two reverse dies of medals for victories in 1758 and 1759.” It features the reverses of Lr. 861 and Lr. 862. Known in copper, brass, gilt copper, and silver. This is a collectible Seven Years’ War medal with full design detail and clean surfaces. Mostly deep brown with golden accents.
