It was the first major international fair hosted in Milan. G. Hutchison served as the Canadian Commissioner General for the event. Canada had a significant presence at these early 20th-century world fairs to promote immigration and trade. Mr. Hutchison was presented two medals housed in the original brown box with burgundy velvet and burgundy silk (Stabilimento Johnson) with G. Hutchison Commissario Generale Canadese Il Comitato Milano Novembre 1906 (G.
