An assortment of engraved, incuse, and counterstamped pieces. Victorian 25cent piece love token, possibly work of Jean Gagnon of Quebec City. Eagle gaming (?) token, with HB incude on reverse, C:R:21. Victor Lorge Huberty, "15", C:R:23. "J.J./5", uniface, B:R:23. 1894 Nfld 50c, with "O.I.S. AUG.22" incude on rev. "R.E/5", iniface, B:R:23. "Good for / 5c", "R.R", C:O:22. Victorian 25cent piece, elaborate motif and "F" engraved on rev. Three Canada large cents made into checks of some sort, reverse effaced, holed at top, with numeral and oval incuse, numerals "41" (on Edwardian cent) and 40, 32 (on Victorian cent). Br. 526 with numerous incuse marks. Br. 871.Co. 282 with apparently deliberate marks on it. "D.F.& S. / 392", uniface, apparently of Montreal origin, B:R:32 TH. "D&V", "SORTI", possibly a Montreal tool check, B:R:24. Brass planchet into which a Tiffin and Br. 731 have been hammered to try to create something interesting. "C.A.W. / 5c", incuse mark of "W.J.D. / Diamond Mark" on rev, B:O:25. Br. 720 (1854) counterstamped "A. Colton". Also eight silver pieces which may be worn planchets, that have been stamped with various marks, "J. John" on one being the only intelligible legend. S. Hurteau, Bo. 5427a, counterstamped on obv. and rev. with a small "S". Most merit further study. 27 Pcs.
