Seldom offered, the 1825 Bust & Harp token BR 1012. A great rarity and worthy of possession in the finest Canadian colonial token collection. This specimen is one of probably fewer than 10 known. It lists as Charlton LC-60A1 and Courteau 21. The last and only sale in the recent 2 decades was lot 2382 in the Hoare Auction of Fall, 1989. That specimen was described as VF and as good as the W.W.C. Wilson specimen sold by Wayte Raymond. It brought $4800 plus fees. This specimen has a tiny edge ding but is better than most.
