Medal groups for 2 brothers from Hamilton, ON - including associated material from the Great War and post-war.
A trio, mounted on bar, awarded to "CPL. H. FIELDHOUSE" (240243, C.M.G.C.) - Distinguished Conduct Medal, British War Medal & Victory Medal, with ribbon bar for this group. Harry Fieldhouse was taken on by the 205th (Tiger) Battalion, CEF in 1916 and the battalion is perpetuated by Royal Hamilton Light Infantry (RHLI). Related to Harry: 205th cap badge (1 lug, replaced), 205th cap badge (lugs replaced), pair of 205 collar badges (lugs replaced), RHLI cap badge, INF shoulder title, pair of RHLI Canada shoulder titles, enameled sweetheart CMGC brooch - brass (x1) & sterling silver (x3), RHLI Centenary (1962) pin. A pair, not mounted, impressed "316001 DVR. T. FIELDHOUSE. C.F.A." - British War Medal & Victory Medal. Related to Tom: General Service cap badge, pair of general service collar badges, pair of CFA shoulder titles.
