BHM-3209, Eimer-1725. Christopher Eimer (2010) writes: “A prize medal, usually presented in bronze, although rarely found inscribed and named. The exhibition was for the products, manufacturers and arts of India and the colonies; it was held at South Kensington on a site adjacent to the Albert Hall.” This is a lot of two (2) identical medals. Each 52.0mm with plain edges and signed L.C. WYON. 1.) 76.56g. Shades of steel and gold dominate the surfaces. Clean and free of unsightly marks or other imperfections. 2.) 79.58g. Each side is fully red-brown and glossy. Far better than usually seen.
